Many of you have made goals, created dream boards, or made declarations in the beginning of the year. Today take the time to review or assess where you are with achieving your dreams. You may have to change some of your approaches in order to attain your goals if you are not on track, but never forget your goals or dreams. For an example, if you skipped the entire month of working out because during the months of January and February felt overwhelming when you did work out start all over again and remind yourself of why you have the goal to lose weight. The keys to achieving goals are to replay your dreams in your head, remind yourself why you desire the dreams, and position yourself to receive your dreams (take steps).
Please know you have what it takes on the inside to achieve anything you desire, but many of you may need help with how to position yourself to receive your dreams. Your inner demons such as doubt, jealousy, confusion, bitterness, covertness, envy, laziness, lack of self-worth, pride, anxiety, depression, or any negative thoughts can be used as distractions or blockers to prevent you from taking steps or healthy steps towards your dreams. A large amount of you uses your demons as motivation to achieve your dreams, but when this is done you find yourself harming others and yourself. Please don’t take unhealthy steps or steal from others and/or speak negative about another person’s product in order for you to shine. Yes you may accomplish your dreams, but you will draw people like yourself and reap the same negative outcomes.
Decide today of your healthy boundaries and identify your inner demons you need to let go of in order to achieve your goals. Most of you will need help with letting go of your demons, which is why your need a good counselor or mental health provider. Please do what it takes to let go of these conflicts if you really want to thrive.
